i've been rewatching adventure time, its one of my favourite shows. i'm on season 5 and i forgot just how weird finn gets. is it just boy puberty? why are boys like this? i mean its normal for everyone to feel frisky during puberty but boys seem to not know bounderies. i don't want to believe that its an innate thing but it doesn't make me much happier thinking its a cultural thing.

the other day i found out that one of my (now ex) friends asked to kiss my other friend 18 TIMES. he's kind of a smart dude so how does he think its okay?

as a girl, though i can't say i was properly taught about consent in school (or when i did, it was far too late), through discussion with other girls, subliminally and culturally, i was taught from a young age that boys can be creeps. trying to think of it, what are boys taught? i'm guessing that girls are seen as a reward to them, and i'm guessing much how i was taught that boys are creeps, they also learn this through discussion with other boy, as well as subliminally and culturally.

today was a great day !!! well, it didn't start off great. on the way to a car boot sale i had to go past a forest where some very bad things happen to me. i cried, but it was a sunny day so the sun dried my tears quite quickly.

at the car boot sale i got a cherished teddies teddy bear, a pink bird doorstopper, a lamb plushie, and most excitingly an old dusty record player ! i just played my kate bush 'the dreaming' album and honestly it sounded better than the digital album ! i'm so glad the record player works even though it looks so old and rusted.

i ended my outing by going to the market and as typical for me, i wanted to see the fishes. so i went to admire them but while i was in the aquatic section i wondered if they had any marimo moss balls, and they did ! so i bought one. his name is mossimori.
